- To register or purchase from the TPHC online booking system, you must be over 18 years of age. You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
- For cancellation, 24 hours notice is required for any and all appointments.
- Missed appointments without the appropriate notice will be charged in full as if attended.
- Full refund will be issued (if purchased prior to appointment) provided 24 hours notice for cancellation is given.
